Standard Delivery; Free for orders over $30.00  $12.00 for all orders under $30.00  

Express Delivery $15.00

New Zealand

Standard Delivery: $15.00

Rest of the World

Standard Delivery: $35.00

Pending payment received and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 7-10 business days within Australia (excluding remote areas which may take up to 18 business days). Custom orders may take up to 14 business days.  International orders may take up to 21 business days.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of Ostomate Active or Australia Post.
