Pending payment received and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 7-10 business days within Australia (excluding remote areas which may take up to 18 business days). Custom orders may take up to 14 business days.  International orders may take up to 21 business days.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of Ostomate Active or Australia Post.

Thank you for shopping at Ostomate Active.  As our products are custom made to suit you, we do not offer refunds on our products. We will refund if the items purchased are:

a.       faulty

b.      wrongly described or

c.       Not of merchandisable quality.

 All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty.
